Event coordination and Optical Media Bill (2002)

Whewwww! I'm now at Traders Hotel trying to finalize the necessary logistics for the APEC Tel E-Commerce Skills Standards Project meeting here. It is hard when you have delegates backing out at the last minute especially if the event was made exclusive in the 1st place. Contact's email is not reliable, messages not being sent across, what an event coordination dilemma. =(

On the other hand, things are getting pretty exciting on the discussion about the Optical Media Bill as one its drafters now part of the DigitalFilipino discussion group.
